Was ist die Platzreife? What is the Platzreife?

Die Platzreife ist ein offizielles Zertifikat des Schweizer Golfverbands Swiss Golf. Es bescheinigt, dass du die Grundkenntnisse des Golfsports beherrschst und dich auf dem Golfplatz sicher und rücksichtsvoll verhältst. Ohne Platzreife lassen die meisten Schweizer Golfclubs keine Spieler alleine auf den Platz. The Platzreife is an official certificate from Swiss Golf, the Swiss golf federation. It confirms that you have mastered the basic knowledge of golf and can play on a course safely and considerately. Without it, most Swiss golf clubs will not allow players onto their course unaccompanied.
